Karma Potential Trailer

Team meeting 14/11/2014

 We were unable to follow the scene in our story board which consists of us writing a death note to Diana in blood because, the surface of the tree was extremely rough. As a result of this, we decided to change that scene within our story board and therefore cover the tree with a vast majority of blood to signify Diana's death instead. We think that this method is highly effective as it alerts the audience; makes the readers eager to find out what happened to Diana.

Pic 1: We were setting up the camera to shoot the final scene of the blooded tree. It was difficult to keep the tripod stationary but we managed to solve it in the end.

Pic 2: We made the fake blood through mixing golden syrup, food colouring and adding water to make the texture of the mixture a bit smoother as our mixture was at first too thick. The food colouring was needed to turn the mixture into the colour of blood and the golden syrup was needed to get that thick texture alike to actual blood.

Pic 3: We took close-ups, high angles and extreme close-ups of the tree to draw more attention to the tree.

Park scene 10/11/2014

 We had to take the risk of shooting under extremely cold conditions. It was raining as well and I did not have an umbrella.
