Geneva (Team member) emailed the owner of Abbotts Park, Walthamstow in order to get permission to use the park location to produce and shoot our film. They have replied back stating how they allow the filming to happen but we just needed to fill a form in order to illustrate that the filming has happened and they need to keep a record of the filming.
Also, notice how we emailed the owner of the park for permission is because we have emailed them before hand, however, we have emailed the wrong email address so we, as a group have only realised how we got in contact with the wrong email address so we needed to go back and researched to find the correct email address and it was the Walthamstow government for confirmation to use the park. However, when we went to film on the day- a member of staff in the park, a cleaner, has stated that we needed permission to film our short film from him before hand and we have explained how we already got in contact over the head office, the one responsible of confirming to use the location.
